Doctor Krantz is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry graduating with honors. Following Dental School she completed a General Practice Residency and additional training at the prestigious Pankey Institute for restorative dentistry and occlusion in Miami Florida. Doctor Krantz received her Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2016, an award that less than 2% of dentists Nation Wide achieve in their career. Mastership in the Academy requires 1100 hours of continuing education with over 400 hours of hands on training in addition to case presentations, to a board, defending her cases in multiple disciplines of dentistry.
Doctor Krantz in past President of the Maimonides Dental Society of Greater Washington DC, past President of Potomac Valley study club and still serves on numerous study club boards and mentorship programs. She has also been honored with Fellowship status in both the American College and International College of dentist which recognizes leadership, ethics, and participation in organized dentistry, nominated by her peers. Doctor Krantz has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as a Top Doctor and Consumer check book as one of the top dentist in the Washington DC area.
During her time out of the office, Dr. Krantz is the busy mom of twins. She also plays competitive tennis, enjoys snow skiing and traveling with her husband and children.
