Voted a top-dentist by Washingtonian Magazine, Dr. Michelle Snyder takes pride in performing dentistry in a caring, conservative manner and with a gentle touch. Excelling in art and science from a young age, dentistry was an obvious career choice and Dr. Snyder loves combining the two to help patients every day. She has a warm, mid-western demeanor and works diligently to ensure each patient receives the superior care they deserve.
With a strong belief that learning is a life-long process, Dr. Snyder is committed to keeping current with the latest technology and advancements in the field. She regularly attends continuing education lectures and is a member of several study clubs in the area. Her professional affiliations include Spear Education, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Dental Association, Southern Maryland Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Snyder was born and raised in northern Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2007. She resides less than two miles from the office with her husband and young son and enjoys yoga, golf and downhill skiing (she used to be a ski racer!) outside the office.
