In 2010, he became one of the first doctors to voluntarily re-certify with the ABO and the very first orthodontist ever to successfully present an orthodontic case treated with Invisalign to the American Board. In every issue since he has been in private practice, Dr. Schwartz has been voted a Top Orthodontist by Washingtonian Magazine. In the last two issues he also received "the asterisk" next to his name for being one of the top vote getters! The magazine polls 3,000 Washington, Maryland and Virginia dentists, asking who they would have treat their family members if they needed orthodontics. Dr. Schwartz was one of only a few orthodontists selected in the downtown area and was the only orthodontist selected in Rockville, Maryland.
